Hmm I’d still try a longer release time as you raise your foot. These buttons were specifically no click for this use case, so you should be able to get it pretty quiet. You can also link DL-1 to a keyboard button or pad with midi mapping.
Hi! Yeah I’d switch the record trigger to press rather than release, then you can slowly release the button to reduce noise, but still get accurate timing of the looper starting on press.
Hi, yes the remote script should now be updated and recognized in Ableton 12. Do you see the SongLib and DataLooper folder in your user remote scripts folder after install?
