    I have a rev 2 pedal and an M1 Max Macbook Pro running Sequoia 15.5.
    Using a Google Chrome browser I am able to connect to the pedal via USB. I tried restarting and having the pedal the only thing connected to the computer. I can write and retrieve config files to the browser, but uploading doesn’t work — stuck on red, with the default config or any other. I have opened the unit and pushed the hardware reset button. Firmware updater does not seem to work either. On opening it displays DataLooper 4294967295 and the select box does not work. Reset will turn the red lights off but Upload does nothing.

    Pretty much exactly what’s going on with mine. Do you have any updates or are you still in the same spot?

    Hi all!

    I was having the same issue. It requires to a hardware update to Rev 2. Additionally, the Windows install package was incomplete and required installation of Qt installer, a script ran in the Qt command prompt, and boom it works! Reply to me if you get stuck
